Leads and develops an enterprise sales team in Japan, driving new-logo acquisition, account expansion, pipeline growth, and achievement of ambitious sales targets. Requires at least five years leading enterprise sales teams and experience with complex SaaS and security-channel sales.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 2–7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across Japan.
- Build a sales team and develop future sales leaders.
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
- Manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy as part of the leadership team.
- Work across time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of annual sales overachievement.
- Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Experience with SaaS sales involving cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Successful history of selling large deals to large enterprises, including Fortune 1000 companies.
- Experience using MEDDIC.
- Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
