Product Engineer

Build and own customer-facing infrastructure features end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, and adoption. The role requires strong full-stack engineering ability, customer empathy, entrepreneurial ownership, and comfort working on-site in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer problems end-to-end: talk to customers, design solutions, write RFCs, implement features, deploy to production, and support initial adoption.
  • Build and improve infrastructure for HR technology products, including unified APIs, data synchronization, observability, and embedded integration interfaces.
  • Work across the stack using TypeScript, a monorepo, and trunk-based development.
  • Prioritize initiatives within a team and drive new bets with high ownership.
  • Design data models, build integration frameworks, introduce infrastructure primitives, and develop real-time synchronization systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and improve features until they successfully solve customer problems.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues as part of the support engineering team.
