- Ship moderate to large features and improvements with minimal guidance.
- Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
- Model and execute requirements involving complex, interdependent systems.
- Turn ambiguous technical problems into actionable plans and execute them with the team.
- Implement comprehensive unit tests to confirm functionality and code quality.
- Maintain high-quality code and related documentation.
- Build relationships across engineering, operations, and support to understand needs and improve workflows.
- Create new payroll products and features from the ground up.
- Rearchitect key components of the payroll platform.
Requirements
