Work with the Ecommerce team and traditional selling systems to create flow that enables both teams to be as successful.
Work with Product Managers to build features that can easily be packaged and sold.
Internal Key Initiatives
Create a Just-in Time provisioning system to reduce friction for new user sign ups while ensuring users end up in the correct tenant.
Create a flexible Role Based Access Control system to allow customers to right size access each user while maintaining restrictions where it makes sense.
Migrate from our current seat-based licensing model to a consumption model with flex seats to enable Admins to manage users access but without being limited to purchasing seats.
Setup Org level permissions to allow Enterprise customers to easily and securely set and manage policy across all users.
Enable Enterprise customers to manage RBAC, credit limits, and privacy policy across their tenant at scale.
