Responsibilities

  • Own the Loyalty & Incentives platform domain strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
  • Enable teams across Airbnb to launch, configure, and evolve loyalty, membership, and incentive programs through reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
  • Support loyalty currencies including fiat, points, cryptocurrency, and emerging digital assets.
  • Lead platform strategy for gift card capabilities as part of the Loyalty & Incentives domain.
  • Align business, partnership, and engineering roadmaps to scale the platform efficiently, sustainably, and profitably.
  • Monitor B2B2C platform performance for membership and loyalty campaigns.
  • Drive platform due diligence and integration strategy for loyalty and membership partners.
  • Define reusable patterns, technical and operational requirements, and scalable integration models.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Compliance, Operations, Data, and marketplace business teams.
  • Align roadmaps, resolve cross-organizational tradeoffs, and scale foundational platform capabilities.
  • Work directly with external enterprise partners to integrate product capabilities and drive business impact.

Requirements

  • 9–17 years of product management experience specializing in loyalty or incentive platforms.
  • Strong history of driving strategy, roadmap definition, and execution.
  • Experience building enterprise-level or B2B2C platforms for extensive consumer-facing businesses.
  • Sophisticated understanding of earn and redemption workflows, compliance, and fraud or losses.
  • Experience defining partner integration strategies and operating models that balance technical feasibility, compliance, and business objectives.
  • Global and multi-market experience across geographies, currencies, and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to articulate vision and strategy and rally cross-functional teams around it.
  • Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-organizational leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical background in multi-currency incentives processing and loyalty operations.
  • Experience scaling loyalty programs internationally.
  • Experience managing developer-facing platforms and API-based solutions.
  • Experience with payments and risk losses.
  • Experience at a consumer marketplace or two-sided platform with B2B and B2C surfaces.
  • Experience with AI prototypes in product development.
  • Ability to scale products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.

Compensation and Benefits

  • India annual pay range: ₹5,600,000–₹8,000,000 INR.
  • The role may also be eligible for bonus or incentives, equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
