Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for global, English-speaking customers.
- Own customer cases and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Help customers use Armis products effectively.
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Solution Architects, Product, Customer Success, and other teams on onboarding, deployment, and ongoing customer development.
- Participate in projects that create company-wide impact.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Industry experience in cybersecurity, particularly network security or application security.
- Experience with enterprise customer accounts.
- Technical networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and the application layer.
- Experience supporting Linux-based products.
- Ability to compose SQL queries and work with databases.
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
