Associate TSE I
Provides frontline technical support for MongoDB Atlas customers, investigating connectivity, availability, UI, and platform issues while escalating complex problems to engineering. The role requires strong communication, networking and operating-system knowledge, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience for MongoDB Atlas users.
- Investigate customers’ technical issues, find solutions, and discover and report bugs.
- Review and test new features before they are publicly available.
- Respond to customer questions about connectivity, Atlas service availability, the user interface, and platform features.
- Escalate complex customer problems to engineering teams.
- Ensure customer questions are answered quickly and accurately.
- Following successful completion of the probationary period, work a Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule may be required, with Sundays and Mondays as weekly days off.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of a wide range of internet technologies.
- General knowledge of operating systems.
- Hands-on networking experience.
- Fundamental computing knowledge.
- Technical or non-technical customer service experience.
