People Success Partner, GTM

Partners with global GTM leadership to align people strategy with revenue goals, coach senior executives, scale talent programs, and lead organizational change. Requires progressive People Business Partner experience in high-velocity technology or SaaS organizations and strong analytical and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People partner for global GTM and Revenue organizations, aligning talent strategies with revenue goals, productivity metrics, and headcount planning.
  • Advise and coach VP-, SVP-, and director-level leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and team dynamics.
  • Design, implement, and scale People programs across GTM, including performance management, continuous feedback, and global compensation and incentive alignment.
  • Build career pathing and competency frameworks for GTM professionals to improve retention and internal mobility.
  • Lead organizational design changes, territory restructures, and strategic shifts while minimizing disruption and improving employee alignment.
  • Partner with Legal and local HR teams on international employment laws, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
  • Use People data and revenue metrics to identify talent trends, address turnover, and optimize engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience supporting high-velocity, global GTM organizations, specifically Account Executives, in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to influence, challenge, and coach SVP- and VP-level executives.
  • Deep expertise designing end-to-end People programs and leading complex organizational transformations.
  • Data-minded approach to using talent and revenue metrics to optimize engagement and retention.

Compensation

  • Pay range: $78,300–$174,000 USD.
  • Starting pay is based on factors including primary work location, skills and experience, market conditions, and internal parity.
  • For roles with on-target earnings, the range includes base salary and target incentive compensation.
