Responsibilities
- Lead cloud partnership growth across AMER with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and execute the AMER cloud partner strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Build field relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure to support co-selling, account alignment, and joint pursuits.
- Create partner-sourced pipeline by educating cloud teams and activating cloud-provider channels.
- Deliver enablement programs, workshops, and technical training for cloud-provider sales and technical teams.
- Orchestrate joint go-to-market initiatives with cloud providers and systems integrator partners, including events, campaigns, workshops, and customer-success projects.
- Manage cloud partnership operations, including marketplace transactions, cloud credits, co-marketing funds, and program compliance.
- Coordinate cloud-partnership activities with sales, partner, marketing, and product teams.
- Track and report partner activity, co-sell pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Monitor regional cloud-market trends to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in AMER partner, alliances, or cloud sales roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud technology companies.
- Hands-on experience running joint go-to-market and co-sell motions with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Proven ability to generate opportunities through structured cloud-field engagement.
- Strong capability in delivering training and enablement across diverse AMER audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud marketplaces, incentives, co-marketing funds, and programmatic partnership operations.
- Understanding of AMER systems integrator, consulting, and cloud-native partner ecosystems.
- Background in high-growth SaaS or cloud-platform environments.
Compensation
- United States OTE compensation range: $258,000–$280,000.
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) included.
