Responsibilities
- Create and execute distinct joint go-to-market plans with Google Cloud and Oracle across campaigns, events, customer proof, enablement, and demand generation.
- Develop partner narratives, messaging, positioning, integrated-solution value propositions, and shared customer outcomes.
- Launch and manage co-marketing programs including campaigns, webinars, customer stories, executive events, field activations, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Coordinate execution with partner marketing, alliances, product, sales, and executive stakeholders across both partner organizations.
- Align priorities, timelines, and execution with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Communications.
- Create and maintain messaging frameworks, partner collateral, customer proof points, and sales enablement materials.
- Track pipeline, adoption, engagement, and partner activity; use performance insights to improve programs.
- Build scalable processes, calendars, and operating rhythms for strategic partner marketing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, strategic alliances, ecosystem marketing, or enterprise go-to-market roles.
- Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with technology, software, cloud, or enterprise partners.
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into customer value.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Experience executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent program management, organizational, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and partnership performance through pipeline, adoption, engagement, or revenue metrics.
- Passion for AI and interest in shaping how businesses adopt transformative technologies.
