Channel Partner Manager
Build Ramp’s Canadian partner motion from the ground up by sourcing, signing, enabling, and activating accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong consultative-selling skills, and familiarity with the Canadian business ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up.
- Research, identify, source, qualify, and sign new Canadian partners.
- Create joint go-to-market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.
- Generate revenue through partner referrals.
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators inside partner organizations.
- Educate partners on Ramp’s Canadian capabilities, value proposition, and updates.
- Own partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and regular business reviews.
- Work closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
- Partner with Product to surface recurring partner needs and inform the Canadian roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role.
- High agency, urgency, and resilience.
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships.
- Self-starter mindset and comfort working in the details.
- Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong operating discipline and comfort using data to improve performance.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of success across cross-functional work.
- Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem.
- Strong comfort using AI tools to execute quality work quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.
- Professional or native-level fluency in French.
- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network.
- Familiarity with finance and accounting workflows and solutions.
