Senior Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture at the systems-level.
• Lead shaping of technical requirements, roadmaps, and strategy.
• Lead and mentor teams of engineers.
• Evaluate new technologies and build vs. buy decisions.
• Recruit, interview, and on-board engineers.
• Work on financial processing and bookkeeping systems.
• Develop claims management and insurance processing.
• Build internal tooling platform for non-technical teams.
• Contribute to therapist practice management platform.
• Improve patient search and matching experience.

Compensation

Base pay range: $168,300 - $237,500, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible for equity grant. Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401K, work-from-home stipend, parental leave, flexible PTO.
