Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for a global portfolio of roles across diverse regions and legal frameworks.
- Proactively identify and engage elite talent through multiple channels and university partnerships.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, unblock bottlenecks, and maintain an efficient interview cadence.
- Assess candidates rigorously for talent and culture fit.
- Create and maintain metrics dashboards tracking pipeline health, velocity, and conversion rates.
- Optimize recruiting workflows in the ATS to make hiring faster, more scalable, and consistent.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, D2C, or technology environment.
- Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates.
- Experience running effective LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Ability to recruit across functions such as marketing, web, and mobile, and across global regions.
- Strong judgment of talent and culture fit.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with modern ATS tools; Ashby is a plus.
- Organized and metrics-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
