Responsibilities
- Lead business and system analysis, requirements gathering, and solution definition for complex projects and business requests.
- Drive conclusions with key project stakeholders and finalize solutions.
- Maintain requirements documentation, organize review meetings, and present detailed requirements to internal and external groups.
- Address customization requests by working with the product development team to build or enhance features.
- Assist junior business analysts with requirements gathering.
- Perform system configuration using centralized configuration and data-management tools.
- Improve configuration processes and the usability of configuration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
- Review and sign off on project configurations.
- Oversee testing for assigned accounts and monitor testing status for key projects.
- Partner with product and QA teams on test planning, identify testing scenarios, coordinate execution, and resolve testing issues.
- Monitor projects and junior business analyst performance.
- Lead product release-note collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, finance, project management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a business analyst in fintech or financial services.
- 3 years of experience with data analytics and project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Centralized Configuration Center, Data Mart, Data Manager, Enterprise Data Package (EDP), Adobe, and Canva.
- Experience preparing solution packages to onboard enterprise clients or enable new product modules.
- Ability to work from the Chicago headquarters, with the option to telecommute from a home office in the Chicago metro area one day per week.

Compensation
- $117,957 per year.
