Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX design process for projects, from early discovery to polished execution
- Design interfaces that translate raw transcripts, audio, and AI-generated scoring into clear, trustworthy insights
- Create intuitive flows that help reps retry the exact moments where they struggled, based on AI-identified skill gaps
- Craft interaction patterns for agentic workflows, where AI suggests next actions, auto-generates simulations, or guides coaching
- Balance automation with user control so managers and reps understand why the AI is making certain recommendations
- Bring coherence to complex multi-surface experiences within a single design system
- Conduct user research and usability testing with SDRs, AEs, managers, and enablement leaders to iterate on design solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft, and end-to-end product thinking
- 3-5 years of experience as a fast-moving IC, energized by shipping speed
- Excellent with Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and autolayout
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with founders and engineers
- Ability to work in-person in San Francisco, 5 days/week
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or sales-related products
- Prior startup, past founder, or high-growth experience
- Familiarity with design systems like Material Design, Shadcn, or Tailwind UI
- Understanding of modern front-end development workflows (React, Tailwind, component-driven development)
