About the role

Responsibilities

  • Keep headquarters running smoothly: clean, organized, stocked office.
  • Ensure employee happiness with work environment, including twice-daily catering, weekly snack orders, office supplies.
  • Work with People Ops to plan and coordinate activities and events (team outings, company parties, in-office events).
  • Assist with HR needs: benefits administration, immigration, compliance.
  • Support CEO with calendaring, email, travel.
  • Serve as facility manager for SF office (50+ employees).
  • Manage vendors/contractors: workstations, furniture, supplies.
  • Act as liaison with building management (repairs, compliance).
  • Own space planning, seating rearrangements, expansion build-out.
  • Facilitate office access and security awareness.

Requirements
