Responsibilities
- Own enterprise account strategy and execution in Germany, driving revenue growth and client success.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle in Germany, from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder SaaS deals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of French enterprise opportunities.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in German enterprises.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions to German clients.
- Lead complex negotiations in German and English.
- Share insights on German enterprise customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to refine local strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or account leadership within Germany, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets in large ACV deals.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
- Deep understanding of the German enterprise market, business culture, and buying processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
