Responsibilities
- Drive customer operations activities, including on-site pilots, proofs of concept, rollouts, launches, and demonstrations.
- Ensure smooth operation of vehicles, testing, and ongoing product and feature development.
- Coordinate internal operations and vehicle compliance with Testing, Product, and Engineering teams, including insurance, registrations, and special reporting.
- Prioritize safety across all operational activities.
- Build and refine forecasts and operational plans for deployments, timelines, expectations, and resource alignment.
- Oversee customer engagement and communications involving company vehicles and staff at customer sites.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with customer operations teams.
- Support relationship expansion strategies and customer-focused initiatives.
- Lead a team delivering client deployments, including program management, operational consulting, and system configuration and integration.
- Manage configuration, integration, and verification for autonomous system deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience in a related industry, such as logistics, trucking, autonomous vehicles, warehousing, or automotive.
- Experience working with a broad variety of business and operations data to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong strategic communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships and drive mission-critical initiatives.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze complex documents and details while maintaining a broader perspective.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate with teams across multiple locations.
Nice-to-haves
- MBA degree strongly preferred, or 2+ years of additional work experience.
