Responsibilities
- Own the agent execution platform: turn handling, tool orchestration, session lifecycle.
- Build provider routing, multi-provider failover, cost optimization, latency-aware model selection.
- Develop eval platform: per-run evals, canary deployments, automated regression detection.
- Own developer platform: coding agent workflows, internal tooling, CI/CD.
Requirements
- 4+ years building production software.
- TypeScript, SQL proficiency.
- Experience building reliability infrastructure: retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation, observability.
- Regulated or security-sensitive environment experience.
- High agency, full ownership; comfortable in founding role shaping platform and product.
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
