Creates, publishes, and manages organic social content across brand channels, including graphics, short-form video, community engagement, and performance reporting. The role requires Canva experience, strong writing and editing skills, social publishing expertise, and U.S. residency.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Create social-first graphics and visual assets in Canva for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other priority channels.
- Repurpose blogs, webinars, reports, customer stories, podcasts, newsletters, and other marketing assets into engaging social content.
- Write first drafts of captions and adapt content for each platform according to brand guidelines.
- Edit short-form videos using Canva, Pictory AI, or similar tools.
- Produce timely news and event content.
- Support evergreen content series.
Publishing & Social Operations
- Build, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other priority platforms.
- Format content natively for each platform.
- QA copy, links, UTMs, hashtags, mentions, accessibility, and creative assets before publishing.
- Maintain the social media calendar as priorities change.
- Maintain Linktree and other supporting social properties.
- Organize creative assets, templates, and content libraries.
- Pull social performance metrics across platforms.
- Prepare reports and summaries for review.
Community Management
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and notifications across brand channels.
- Respond using approved messaging guidelines.
- Escalate customer issues or sensitive conversations when appropriate.
- Maintain inbox hygiene and support timely community engagement.
- Identify relevant online discussions and communities for potential engagement opportunities.
- Research audience questions, activity, and high-interest topics.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social channel best practices, especially LinkedIn.
- Experience creating social graphics in Canva.
- Experience editing short-form video content.
- Strong copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
- Experience using social publishing platforms; Sprout Social preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to bring new ideas.
- Must reside in the United States and have existing authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation
- $25 per hour, invoiced against agreed weekly deliverables.
- Up to 20 hours per week equivalent scope.
