- Build programs to improve creator activation and partner with Product and Growth on high-leverage funnel opportunities.
- Own retention and reactivation analytics, identify creators at risk of churning, and develop re-engagement programs.
- Systematize repeat-deal behavior and creator retention.
- Partner with Strategic Finance to execute supply-side incentive programs, segment cohorts, monitor responses, and evaluate whether programs should scale, be redesigned, or discontinued.

- Identify root causes and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations on fixes.
- Pressure-test new supply-facing products and translate findings into improvements to the creator experience.
- Build dashboards and a single source of truth for managing a growing creator base efficiently.
- Surface operational problems before they become escalations.
- Partner with the VP of Creator, Product, Engineering, and Data to solve unstructured supply-side marketplace problems.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup, with a proven record of driving results.
