Senior Backend Engineer, Trusted Agentic Development
Senior backend engineer who will define and build trusted validation systems for AI-generated software, including fast feedback that helps agents self-correct. The role requires hands-on experience building with AI agents, broad software architecture judgment, and the ability to influence distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical thesis and architecture for validating software when an AI agent is the author.
- Prototype feedback mechanisms that identify gaps between passing tests and working software.
- Develop validation approaches for Rust, Ruby, and Go under a shared definition of trusted agentic development, while allowing language-specific techniques.
- Design and build mid-loop feedback systems that help agents self-correct toward working software.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive adoption, measure trust and validation quality, and improve the platform.
- Set technical direction, review designs, and help teammates develop technical judgment.
Requirements
- Deep, current, hands-on experience building real software with AI agents, ideally across multiple programming languages.
- Understanding of why agent-generated output can pass tests yet fail in production.
- Strong perspective on the software validation gap, supported by concrete approaches built or tested.
- Ability to design systems rather than optimize a single testing framework, with judgment about general versus language-specific solutions.
- Prototyping and software delivery experience.
- Ability to influence engineers across an organization without formal authority through working code and sound reasoning.
- Strong written communication for an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
- Alignment with collaboration, iteration, and transparency.
Compensation
- Poland base salary range: PLN 272,000–408,000 annually.
