Enterprise Solutions Engineer
The Solutions Engineer will architect technical integrations, support enterprise customers, create demonstrations and enablement resources, and help scale repeatable solutions with sales and product teams. The role requires Python proficiency, software architecture knowledge, customer-facing technical experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospective customers to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement solutions independently.
- Identify common integration patterns and opportunities to productize them, collaborating with product teams to deliver improvements.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical problems; student clubs or side projects may qualify.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- Strong technical background in architecting integrations between solutions and existing customer systems.
- Proficiency in Python, including software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
