Responsibilities
- Act as an extension and proactive advocate for strategic enterprise customers.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and business value.
- Expand relationships within customer organizations and manage accounts throughout the subscription lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and deliver business reviews.
- Monitor adoption and utilization trends, identify risks, and recommend actions based on customer needs.
- Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to support successful renewals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer business cases and strategies.
- Educate customers about new features and product releases.
- Capture customer feedback and communicate it internally to improve products and services.
- Manage multiple customer projects, expectations, issue tracking, triage, and crisis communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in a competitive SaaS environment.
- 2+ years working with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Understanding of go-to-market processes, including Revenue Operations, enablement, sales, and customer success functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, project management, customer relationship, and expectation-management skills.
- Ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, resourceful, and innovative approach.
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
- Ability to work at least three days per week from a designated office location.

- Familiarity with Sandler, Winning By Design, or MEDDIC sales methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$88,000, plus commission and benefits.
