Responsibilities
- Discover and gather client needs for enterprise implementations of a securities-based lending platform.
- Design and guide integrations, data migrations, and custom deployments.
- Define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specifications.
- Create scopes of work and detailed project plans, including timelines and effort estimates.
- Serve as the point of contact for offshore teams; conduct check-ins and monitor quality and delivery timelines.
- Partner with clients and engineers to implement solutions aligned with the standard product offering.
- Identify product features during trials and integrations and draft business cases and feature requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of key projects.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and infrastructure.
- Document data types, mappings, and conversion requirements.
- Coordinate and design system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain internal and external system documentation.
- Provide timely project status and schedule updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software consulting or another customer-facing role delivering technical products or services.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity using logic and strong communication.
- Ability to break complex problems into simpler components.
- Ability to rally teams to project completion using diplomacy, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with system integration architectures and data formats for APIs, message queues, and SFTP/file-based integrations.
