- Establish a strong operating rhythm for the team.

Requirements
- Experience directly managing engineers and owning a team’s operating rhythm end-to-end, from planning through execution and stakeholder communication to incident and on-call ownership.
- Technical background in distributed systems and data infrastructure.
- Experience with on-premises or customer-installed software.
- Product-minded approach and experience partnering with Product on strategy.
- Experience with high-performance or Rust-based data pipeline systems.
