About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as principal implementation liaison: document customer requirements, translate technical requirements into configuration setup, business processes, and goals.
  • Lead detailed business discovery, developing recommendations for delivery approach to drive outcomes and value.
  • Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
  • Assess and validate implementation plan; manage communication among project stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
  • Update and maintain training databases for new releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
  • Identify and suggest configuration improvements for efficiency and better customer outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships using excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays.
  • Lead, influence, advise, and support customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance.
  • Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple product offerings, including end-to-end solution and value outcomes.
  • Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) to lead meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business or technology-related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing, and end-user support (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
  • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis, documenting, and delivering recommendations to drive operational excellence.
  • Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously, balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for a project, demonstrate initiative, and deliver on commitments.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize, deliver on time, adapt priorities, and share client insights flexibly.
  • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
  • Healthcare market experience (preferred).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings.
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflows and business practices.
