About the role
What You’ll Do
Drive SFO Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across performance channels (digital, paid media, email, web, etc.) to drive brand awareness, high-value lead generation, and pipeline acceleration within the Single Family Office segment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to align on messaging and content strategy to ensure effective messaging in market.
Optimize Campaigns through Data: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Execute High-Touch Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate a high-impact portfolio of digital activations, content distribution, and boutique event/roundtable marketing activities tailored to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) networks.
Serve as SFO Segment Subject Matter Expert (SME): Develop and maintain a deep understanding of family office market trends, integration requirements, and persona challenges, serving as the team's SME on how these can be leveraged across growth campaigns.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry.
Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
Senior individual contributor owning full paid media strategy and execution across SEM, social, display, CTV to drive B2B pipeline and MQLs. Requires 7+ years B2B performance marketing experience, hands-on platform expertise, large budget management, ABM, analytics (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau), and strong ownership of revenue metrics.
