Senior engineer building the AI sequencing product surface where reps spend 4+ hours daily. Owns end-to-end AI features, works directly with enterprise customers, and makes foundational decisions about agent memory and outbound workflows.

Responsibilities
- Build AI features that drive revenue, end to end: define success metrics and iterate until they move
- Work directly with customers (shared Slack channels with largest accounts)
- Make foundational technical decisions (agent memory, long-running outbound strategies)
- Mentor teammates via code/design reviews and pair programming on hard problems
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python
- Production experience building and debugging AI features (evals, agent reliability)
- Strong opinions about human-agent collaboration product surfaces
- Comfortable joining customer calls to validate features
- Based in San Francisco and able to be in-office 3+ days/week
