Account Executive - Canada - Strategic
Drives net-new business and expansion across strategic and enterprise accounts in Canada, closing complex, high-value AI technology deals. The role requires 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience, executive presence, technical fluency, and the ability to build scalable enterprise sales playbooks.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, driving net-new business and expansion.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases.
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals, including multi-product, multi-region, and custom solutions.
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating customers on emerging trends and shaping long-term AI roadmaps.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand accounts.
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights.
- Feed customer learnings into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook.
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies, including onsites, executive briefings, and events.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of quota-carrying experience focused on strategic or enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure-plus deals within named accounts.
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large organizations.
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions and long-term account growth.
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals beyond standard SKUs.
- Technical fluency, with the ability to engage product and engineering leaders on APIs, integrations, and architecture.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and long-term strategy.
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence.
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment and building playbooks from scratch.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements, including onsites, QBRs, and executive meetings.
- Strong bias toward action and ownership, with an ability to leverage AI in day-to-day workflows.
