Senior Solutions Architect
Senior pre-sales Solutions Architect working with Enterprise Account Executives to define technical strategy for large accounts. Leads customers on data/AI transformation journeys with Databricks, builds technical champions, and drives ML & AI adoption. Requires strong technical background in big data, cloud, and production programming.

Responsibilities
- Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
- Gain the respect of peers based on experience, insight, and contributions.
- Establish virtual teams and lead them to success within the account.
- Work with very large (> $1M ARR), global accounts.
- Form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
- Travel to customers in your region up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to ultimate success within the account.
- Experience working very large (> $1M ARR), global accounts.
- Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Ability to present a convincing point-of-view to important decision-makers.
- Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud.
- Experience in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
