Own end-to-end customer relationships for Tennr's AI-powered healthcare workflow platform. Drive post-sale value realization, adoption, renewal, and expansion through strategic project management, data-driven insights, executive advising, and cross-functional collaboration with complex healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, from kickoff and deployment through renewal and expansion.
- Lead change management and training plans to ensure Tennr workflows are adopted and embedded into daily operations.
- Drive the strategy behind each customer’s key objectives through rigorous data analysis, clear executive storytelling, including polished, metrics-driven decks.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to both executive and frontline stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations to deliver high impact and quality workflows.
- Champion and articulate customer insights internally to influence product roadmap priorities and enhance Tennr’s product strategy.
- Identify renewal risks and efficiency blockers early, and mobilize internal teams to resolve them proactively.
- Lead renewal and growth conversations by quantifying delivered ROI and identifying the next Tennr worker opportunities to unlock upsells.
- Travel on-site with customers as needed to drive adoption, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic partnership goals.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Healthcare Consulting or Healthcare Account Management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong executive-level storytelling skills.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience translating data into clear recommendations and impact.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience building polished, metrics-driven presentations and client-facing materials.
- High ownership mindset and excitement to drive real customer outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Willing to travel as needed.
