Build and support full-stack applications, integrations, and internal tools while investigating complex platform issues and partnering with Product Support and customers. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications, integrations, and internal tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and SQL, while also contributing to Java, Scala, iOS, and Android.
- Work closely with Product Support to build tools that help resolve issues more quickly and independently.
- Investigate and resolve complex third-line support issues across the platform.
- Identify improvements to processes, practices, and tooling, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Provide clear technical guidance across the company.
- Work directly with customers when needed to understand and solve problems.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and SQL.
- Experience with a statically typed backend language such as Java or Scala, and an interest in contributing to native iOS and Android.
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root causes of complex issues across different systems.
- Ability to learn on the job, work independently, and ask the right questions when moving into unfamiliar areas.
- Track record of writing clean, testable, and maintainable code while improving the surrounding codebase.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical people, including customers.
Nice to Have
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Familiarity with Grafana and other monitoring tools.
- Experience with SAML, SSO, SCIM, or identity and access management.
