Responsibilities
- Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor and broker management, and employee support.
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets.
- Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA.
- Negotiate terms, evaluate plan options, and ensure strong value for clients and employees.
- Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets.
- Use data insights to inform plan design, identify improvement opportunities, and report on the benefits portfolio.
- Take increasing ownership of program operating cadence, including cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design.
- Represent benefits in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets, including the UK, EU, and expansion markets.
- Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker and vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
- Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
- Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments related to employee benefits and statutory requirements.
- Experience managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to analyze benefits data, including enrollment, utilization, and cost, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Program or project management experience, including building processes, defining cadences, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
- Strong communication skills across time zones and cultures.
- Self-directed and proactive.
Compensation
- Base wage: £76,063.44–£98,217.84 per year.
- Actual compensation depends on factors including skill set, relevant experience, and work location.
