Senior Salesforce Developer

Build and evolve scalable Salesforce solutions supporting go-to-market and business operations. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise Salesforce development experience, strong Apex and LWC expertise, integration design skills, and ownership of DevOps, security, automation, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third-party systems.
  • Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Security, GTM, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards.
  • Build and support integrations with MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms.
  • Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Own Salesforce DevOps and release management, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives.
  • Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other Salesforce AI offerings.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions.
  • Independently deliver project requirements and own the Salesforce ecosystem, including third-party tooling, integrations, dependencies, and upstream/downstream systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.
  • Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows.
  • Experience supporting global sales organizations.

Compensation and benefits

  • Canada: CA$156,450–CA$223,500 plus equity.
  • United States: $112,700–$161,000 plus equity.
