Solutions Architect, Applied AI
Advises enterprise customers across South Korea on adopting and deploying Claude, translating business needs into scalable, safe AI architectures. The role requires 5+ years in technical customer-facing work, enterprise architecture experience, Korean fluency, business-level English, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives across South Korea to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Coordinate internally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Native-level Korean fluency and business-level English.
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, and IT teams.
- Strong technical communication skills for translating between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfortable with Python.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
