Executive & Search Recruiter who owns critical, hard-to-fill searches (executives and key ICs), partners with the CEO on strategy, builds market maps, personally recruits and closes talent, and manages external firms while developing long-term talent pipelines. Requires 3-6 years at a top executive search firm with exceptional talent judgment.

Responsibilities
- Own the company's most important and difficult hiring mandates, from senior leaders to exceptional ICs and first-of-their-kind roles.
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define what exceptional looks like and shape hiring strategy.
- Build market maps, identify overlooked talent pools, and develop differentiated search strategies for every role.
- Personally recruit, assess, and close exceptional candidates through thoughtful outreach, relationship building, and rigorous evaluation.
- Lead and manage external search firms when needed, ensuring they operate with the standards, urgency, and judgment expected.
- Build long-term relationships with exceptional leaders and operators who may become future hires.
- Develop talent intelligence on key markets, emerging leaders, and future hiring needs to help shape the company's long-term growth.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience at a top executive search firm, at a level where you were directly sourcing and managing candidates.
- Exceptional judgment for talent and a track record of identifying people who outperform what their resumes suggest.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication that allows you to develop external relationships with candidates and partners, regardless of seniority.
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals.
- A desire to help build a search-style recruiting team from scratch.
- High NPS with your former teammates.
