Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

Own the roadmap and adoption of Kodex’s shared platform, including identity, APIs, MCP, and secure infrastructure. The role requires 4+ years of product or technical program management experience, strong technical fluency, and a background in enterprise platforms or sensitive-data domains.

Responsibilities

  • Own KIP (Kodex Identity Provider) end-to-end as the identity foundation for sign-on across Kodex products.
  • Drive the MCP roadmap, defining use cases, integration points, and interactions with APIs and AI-agent workflows.
  • Design the bi-directional API strategy, prioritizing customer needs and aligning internal teams on delivery.
  • Shape platform infrastructure decisions, including the Nitro Enclave data model, compliance readiness, and integration of new capabilities.
  • Build internal-team adoption and define the platform’s internal go-to-market.
  • Partner with engineering leadership and product teams on prioritization, sequencing, and architectural tradeoffs.
  • Represent the technical customer voice for API users and platform partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with senior-level ownership at established platform companies.
  • Experience with platforms, APIs, identity, or integrations, including developer-facing APIs, identity providers, SSO, RBAC, or comparable platform work.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate architectural tradeoffs, prioritization, and design decisions with engineering leadership.
  • Experience in a sensitive-data domain such as fintech, security, health tech, compliance, or a comparable enterprise category.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and planning skills across multiple engineering and product teams.
  • Experience with a platform PM model focused on internal team adoption.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving processes and ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Software engineering background transitioned into product management.
  • Experience at enterprise-platform companies.
  • MCP or agentic AI product experience.
  • Bi-directional API or webhook design at scale.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC 2, GDPR, or adjacent compliance frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of $170,000–$205,000 plus meaningful equity.
