Own end-to-end video and photo production for customer, industry, recruiting, and internal events, creating polished social content and employee stories. The role requires 2–5 years of production experience, strong storytelling, independent shoot execution, and proficiency with professional editing tools.

Responsibilities
- Own video and photo production end to end: shoot, edit, and publish.
- Film and edit content for customer events, internal events, and speaking engagements.
- Turn raw footage into social content, including recaps, highlights, and clips.
- Support event logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and on-site support.
- Brainstorm and execute new content series.
- Help coordinate company and co-founder social media content calendars.
- Tailor content to its intended audience in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build and run an employee story series featuring interviews, new hires, and team spotlights.
- Capture customer, industry, recruiting, and internal company events.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience shooting and editing video and photo content.
- Portfolio demonstrating interviews, event coverage, and social-ready clips.
- Ability to run a shoot independently, including camera, audio, and lighting.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or a similar video editor.
- Ability to take raw footage through a finished cut independently.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to create engaging content quickly.
- Organized and self-directed.
