Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for processing large-scale compensation data and performance metrics.
- Architect and build efficient, real-time data pipelines for accurate, timely, and secure compensation calculations.
- Develop and optimize distributed systems for high-throughput data processing and analytics.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years leading architecture, designing consumer-facing products, and building systems.
- Strong proficiency in backend development, distributed systems, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of building and scaling real-time, high-throughput systems.
- Experience developing consumer-grade applications with a focus on intuitive user experiences.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to engineering and non-engineering audiences.
