Responsibilities
- Shadow Senior and Lead Planners to build expertise in financial planning, investments, and tax strategy.
- Manage the Planning Team inbox, triaging member questions, routing complex inquiries, and resolving straightforward requests.
- Guide new members through onboarding, validating financial data and ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct initial investment plan reviews to develop analytical skills.
- Own outreach to inactive members to re-engage and maintain relationships.
Requirements
- Working toward or holding a CFP® designation.
- 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or client services.
- Strong organizational skills and clear, professional written communication.
- Comfort with financial services technology and eagerness to learn new tools.
- Enthusiasm for fintech and interest in technology reshaping wealth management.
