Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Clinical Operations teams to shape patient retention strategy.
- Evaluate strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Guide growth strategy within a complex healthcare services marketplace.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
- Balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact.
- Partner cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs, test strategic assumptions, and drive operational accountability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles.
- Track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses.
- Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience building granular financial models that ingest and analyze complex datasets using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance partners.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, and Analytics teams.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range of $166,000-$192,850.
- 100% remote work environment for employees based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.
