Responsibilities

  • Manage the content calendar and day-to-day execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Develop and execute social communication plans for product announcements, launches, global events, and company initiatives.
  • Create and manage social content and programs, including employee advocacy initiatives, internal and external newsletters, and content for sponsored and company-hosted events.
  • Monitor social channels, engage in relevant conversations, identify cultural moments, and route mentions requiring broader support.
  • Analyze social performance and translate results into actionable insights and reporting for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Refine social strategy, processes, and audience-engagement approaches in partnership with communications and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, ideally in corporate communications, marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to create engaging content for distinct audiences and channels.
  • Understanding of how social media works alongside media relations, executive communications, paid opportunities, and integrated communications programs.
  • Experience with social media analytics and management platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
  • Ability to translate performance data into insights for senior audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels, projects, and stakeholders across a large organization.
  • Curiosity about social platforms, trends, culture, and emerging technologies, including large language models.
