Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale backend services in Golang powering onboarding and KYC workflows across multiple products and geographies.
- Build scalable, service-oriented systems using modern cloud infrastructure and industry best practices.
- Improve onboarding and MTU conversion funnels by identifying bottlenecks and shipping data-informed solutions.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership to translate product and technical vision into quarterly execution roadmaps.
- Lead cross-cutting design reviews, ensuring security, operational integrity, and architectural clarity across shipped features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
- Experience designing distributed systems that operate reliably at scale.
- Experience with cloud-native tooling such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
- Proficiency in Golang or a similar statically typed language, with demonstrated ability to write well-tested, production-grade code.
- Experience owning end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities, from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $191,100–$191,100 SGD.
- Total compensation may also include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
