Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta at scale.
Deep platform expertise: LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager — audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion API setup, campaign structure best practices, and reporting.
Track record of scaling paid social programs: multi-million dollar budgets, optimized toward pipeline metrics.
Strong ownership mindset, strategic and analytical thinking (Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools).
Cross-functional collaboration, bias to action, hackiness and creativity.
