Operations Support - Remediation and Feedback
Leads customer remediation efforts and drives operational improvements from enterprise feedback in a consumer banking or fintech environment. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, tracks remediation evidence and closure, and manages structured feedback and enhancement processes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operations point of contact for issue remediations.
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to establish detailed remediation plans, including impacted population analysis, communications, and customer account impact.
- Track and document issue remediation through closure, providing regular updates on progress and blockers.
- Hold issue owners accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate executive sign-off and capture remediation evidence for issue closure.
- Manage and drive the Operations Feedback process to triage, research, and track enhancements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations or risk management experience in consumer banking or fintech.
- Experience analyzing operational feedback and identifying systemic improvement opportunities.
- Experience managing structured intake processes, backlogs, or idea pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Holistic thinker who understands upstream and downstream impacts and collaborates effectively cross-functionally.
- Strong ownership and customer-centered mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, business-impacting outcomes.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changes in direction in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple simultaneous remediation and improvement efforts.
