Responsibilities
- Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners.
- Forecast and communicate project timelines, including potential delays, milestones, and dependencies.
- Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, educating them on Socure’s solutions and deployment process.
- Collaborate with developers and deployment managers to integrate technology with client applications.
- Investigate and diagnose challenges with technical teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability.
- Facilitate client status meetings and manage scope and schedules across multiple concurrent deployments.
- Master the product suite to understand client use cases and contribute to the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
- Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
- Strong interest in learning about indoor location technology.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Process-oriented approach with attention to detail and continuous improvement.
- Fluent, idiomatic English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technology or management field; computer science is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or Microsoft Project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
