About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end program for a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, from account discovery and story qualification through campaign concepting, production, launch, and reporting.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake's top customers and tell their stories in ways that create mutual value.
  • Identify, qualify, and curate Snowflake's most compelling customer stories, working closely with AEs and account teams to determine fit and secure executive buy-in.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, using high-visibility storytelling and executive engagement to strengthen relationships with our most strategic customers and support account retention, expansion, and growth.
  • Lead customer pitches for program participation, building relationships with Communications, Marketing, and executive stakeholders at the world's most recognizable brands.
  • Develop full co-marketing campaign concepts, ensuring narratives lead with customer impact and resonate at Tier 1 media scale.
  • Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each campaign, including flagship films, homepage takeovers, paid and organic social, web hubs, case studies, press releases, and earned media.
  • Orchestrate across Brand, Creative, Social, Web, PR, ABM, and Exec Comms throughout the campaign lifecycle, owning timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness.
  • Secure customer approvals on all co-created assets, navigating complex brand and legal review processes.
  • Connect campaigns to Snowflake's highest-visibility moments like Summit keynotes, product launches, and marquee events; source and prep customer speakers.
  • Strategically recruit, nurture, and manage a portfolio of customer advocates, maintaining a rigorous pipeline of prospective customers across industry verticals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and pipeline health; deliver monthly program status updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, including communications leads and CDOs, at enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and the role customer marketing and advocacy play across acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder co-marketing or integrated campaigns from brief through launch.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across creative, web, social, PR, and executive communications simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment about narrative; know when a story is truly ready to go big and how to get it there.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives both internally and externally.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and translating creative feedback effectively.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and effective operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
