Strategic Transformation & Evolution

• Evolve the Asia region’s operating model into a resilient, scalable framework for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to shape strategic priorities.
• Assess market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to refine the region’s structure, processes, and capabilities.

Financial Management & Analysis

• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to validate project feasibility and investment returns.
• Partner with Finance to identify revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities.
• Enable data-driven decisions for regional stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

• Optimize workflows, standardize processes, and improve operational effectiveness across Asia.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure transformed processes and evolving operations.

Project & Program Management

• Direct large-scale, cross-functional projects supporting the transformation of the Asia operating model.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for project managers.
• Manage risks and remove obstacles to achieving measurable improvements.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Use data analytics to shape transformation strategies, identify optimization opportunities, and guide decision-making.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and data models supporting continuous improvement and predictive analytics.
• Champion adoption of data tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Organizational Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor and develop project managers and data analytics professionals.
• Identify skill gaps and encourage upskilling and professional growth.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange.

Technology & Innovation

• Partner with technology teams to identify and implement solutions that improve quality and scalability.
• Support adoption of platforms, tools, and processes, ensuring integration and user acceptance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Liaise with executive, regional, product, and functional leaders to align transformation goals and milestones.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business transformation, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related high-growth industry.
• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or management consultancy preferred.
• Track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and collaboration with Finance on revenue and cost initiatives.
• Experience designing and scaling operating models, workflows, KPIs, and SLAs across a multi-country or regional organization.
• Program and project management skills, including scope definition, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong data analytics fluency, including dashboards, reporting, and data models; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive-influencing skills.
• Experience leading teams and fostering a culture of development and ownership.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving change management in a fast-evolving, matrixed organization.
• Deep understanding of the Asia business landscape and market dynamics; regional language skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
