- Identify where we win next, using market research, competitive analysis, and internal data
- Design and run execution plans, defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics
- Drive AI transformation strategy with senior client executives by deeply understanding their businesses and defining where AI delivers real value
- Turn strategy into reality, pushing ideas from concept to measurable impact—fast
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or founder / operator roles at high-growth startups
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
- A hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver
- Relentless, high-standards mindset with a get-it-done approach
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week
Compensation
- Salary range: $150,000 - $210,000
