  • Lead and launch strategic initiatives that directly power company growth and market expansion
  • Identify where we win next, using market research, competitive analysis, and internal data
  • Design and run execution plans, defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics
  • Drive AI transformation strategy with senior client executives by deeply understanding their businesses and defining where AI delivers real value
  • Turn strategy into reality, pushing ideas from concept to measurable impact—fast

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or founder / operator roles at high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
  • A hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver
  • Relentless, high-standards mindset with a get-it-done approach
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days per week

Compensation

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $210,000
  • Equity in the company
